Turnkey 500L beer brewery equipment
This is our new type 500L brewhouse system for sale,the whole equipment is made of sanitary Inox plate.The 2 vessels,pumps and platform are fixed on a stainless steel frame,make the brewhouse as a whole unit. It is convenient for the installation,you can just connect the electric wire when it arrives in your brewery.
On the left side,you can see 2 manhole on the vessel,the top one is the spent grain door of lauter tun,below the spent grain door,it is a manhole of wort storage tank.The lauter tun and wort storage tank are separate.Meanwhile,the wort storage tank can be used as a hot water tank.
On the right side,it is kettle/whirlpool tun,which heated by steam.We make the height of this tun as same as the mash tun+wort storage tun,so the outlook will be more beautiful.
There is level indicator on the brewhouse for sale,you can see the wort level clearly through it. And the level tubes are connected with quick connection tri clamp,which is more convenient to do the cleaning process to the tube inside.The whole vessel are no cleaning dead coner,it can make sure a sanitary condition for the beer brewing.
There is sparging nozzles,CIP cleaning balls,rake knife devices inside of the mash/lauter tun.
The sparging coil is tri clamp connected,easy to take off and clean
The CIP ball is 360° rotary,it can clean the whole inside tun.
The rake device is with spead control,and it can be rotarated in two different directions.
Normally,there are 4-8 beer fermentation tanks in the microbrewery,at startup stage,you can buy small quantity of the fermenters,when your brewery grows up and expands,you can add extra tanks.It is a good way to save the investment.
The fermenters are double layer with insulation,it is conical bottom with 60°.This one is side manhole,you can choose the manhole on the top of the tank if you want. The beer outlet on the cone and the drain outlet on the bottom of the tank.Meanwhile,all of the matched valves such as pressure valve,safety valve,sample valve will be equipped on the tank.
The green surface tank is bright beer tank.It is also double layer with insulation,the material of the tanks are sanitary stainless steel,we just do the special design on the our surface.It will be more compelling if you put them into your restaurant or brewpub.It can be also used as beer serving tanks.
