This is 5hl 500L 2-vessel beer brewhouse system with 1000L hot water tank made by SENMO company,the whole brewing system has semi-automatic control panel.It includes the following items:

• 500L mash/lauter tun with rake knives

• 500L kettle/whirlpool tun with steam jackets around the inner tank and inner bottom cone

• 1000L hot water tank with steam coil

• Big operation platform

The brewhouse layout is designed as per client's brewery size,before we start the production of the equipment,we need confirm the equipment arrangement to design the pipes connection and platform size.The design of beer brewhouse system details is rigorous, so as to maximize the utilization of brewing materials and reduce equipment energy consumption.The brewhouse tank plates and accessories are made of international standard SUS304 stainless steel; Our factory use laser cutting and argon shielded welding during the tank production,all vessels' internal do centralized pickling and passivation, accuracy ≤ 0.4 μ m；
