Double-head beer keg washer for microbrewery
This is our double-head beer keg washer for microbrewery.It is heated by steam and electric tubes,and designed for S spear kegs washing.The washing speed is 20-30KPH.
The double-head beer keg washer adopts Germany's Siemens brand PLC control system. All the control parameters (time value) can be adjusted with no-stop. This equipment is easy to operate, by selecting the switch Settings and change the cleaning head can be realized for different draft beers barrel and preservation barrels. The machine is including water-saving and power-saving in one, it can save water 50%.
Below is the stainless steel keg washing procedure ：
Compress→ air blast residual →clean with hot water→ air blast →clean with hot alkaline water→ air blast（recycle to alkaline water tank）→clean with acid water→ air blast（recycle to acid water tank）→ clean with hot water water→ air blast to hot water tank →CO2 preparation→ cylinder return
