This is the turnkey 5000L industry beer brewery equipment made by SENMO Company,the commercial brewing system is fully automatic controlled,the equipment layout is designed according to the client's brewery floor plan.The heating power is generated by gas or electric steam boiler. All the equipment is made of SUS304 material, which ensures the product quality. The brewhouse system is the core part of the whole 5000L beer brewery equipment. After the malt is crushed, it will enter the mash tun for saccharification and sugar extraction,which requires the temperature control of the brewing system, the design of the filter tank, etc., meet the design requirements of the beer brewing process, finally complete the high-quality wort preparation process, and also achieve a certain sugar extraction rate.
The 5000L brewing system is made of sanitary grade stainless steel 304, which ensures the pure taste and hygiene requirements of beer. At the same time, it also extends the effective service life of equipment and delays the depreciation of equipment.

Introduction to 5000L beer brewing process:
1. Add a certain amount of brewing water into the 5000L mash tun. According to the requirements of different beer brewing processes, the temperature of saccharifying feed water is different, generally between 35-55 ℃.
2. Put the crushed malt into the mash tun, turn on the agitator, and ensure the accurate coordination of saccharification temperature and time through the automatic temperature control system to ensure the partial sugar extraction process of malt and improve the sugar extraction rate of wort.
3. At the end of the saccharification time, the temperature finally rises to about 76-78 ℃. At the end of the process, iodine inspection can be carried out to ensure that the starch is fully decomposed and there is no starch in the malt.
4. Next, start the wort pump, pump the wort mash into the 5000L lauter tun for wort filtration and collection. During this process, observe the clarity of wort at any time, and use the circulation operation to ensure the clarity of wort.
5. After the wort collection completed, the process of grains washing will be started. A certain amount of washing grains water will be pumped in, and the wort will be collected after stirring and sedimentation. The amount of water for washing grains depends on the original wort plato.
6. Next, start the boiling process inside of 5000L brew kettle. Boil the collected wort. During the boiling process, add proper amount of hops in batches. Generally, the boiling time is about 60min-120min.
7. After boiling, pump the wort into the 5000L whirlpool tank, keep it still for about 20 minutes, start the cooling operation through the plate heat exchanger, and then add oxygen into the cold wort. During this period, yeast should be put into the tank, and the fermentation temperature process should be set. After the fermentation is mature, cold storage should be conducted.

Beer fermentation system is composed of fermentation tank, refrigeration system, control system and pipeline valves. Beer fermentation is very important for temperature control. After beer fermentation, it can be put into sake tank to continue fermentation and maturation. After centrifugation or instant pasteurization and other processes for filling and storage.
